HBO Max has greenlit a fourth season of Infinity Train, putting to bed rumors of cancellation. Craig of the Creek, Total Drama Island, and Victor & Valentino have also got new seasons on the way.
Warner Media has committed to a stacked animation slate — there’s also two new Ben 10 specials, an Amazing World of Gumball movie, and spin-off Teen Titans Go! The Night Begins to Shine. [Polygon]
One more notable show on the Warner Media list of new projects is Tweety Mysteries, a live-action/animation hybrid about a podcaster who solves mysteries with Tweety Bird. Incredible use of IP. [Animation Magazine]
Lupita Nyong’o is adapting her children’s book, Sulwe, into an animated musical for Netflix. Illustrated by Vashti Harrison, Nyong’o’s book follows a young Kenyan girl named Sulwe on her journey to embrace her dark skin. [EW]

Everyone’s favorite Bridgerton heartthrob Regé-Jean Page joins the stacked cast of Dungeons & Dragons, which currently includes Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, and Justice Smith (Detective Pikachu). The directing team behind Game Night, Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, are set to direct, and have already taken a pass at the screenplay. [THR]
Black Adam gained dreamboat Marwan Kenzari (The Old Guard, Aladdin) this week. With The Rock in the titular role, the rest of the cast includes Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, and Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone. No word yet on who Kenzari’s character will be. [THR]
The WGA has announced it’s annual nominees: Judas and the Black Messiah, Palm Springs, Promising Young Woman, Sound of Metal, and The Trial of the Chicago 7 for original screenplay. As for adapted screenplay, Borat Subsequent Movie Film, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, News of the World, One Night in Miami, and The White Tiger all got nods. [WGA]

Tim Burton is doing a live-action Wednesday Addams show for Netflix and it’s very irritating to me! Charles Addams was too funny to be turned into a dreary show running on aesthetic! [Deadline]
