PornHub is stepping into the content creation game with its first ever non-porn release. Shakedown is a documentary from Leilah Weinraub, a conceptual artist who screened the film at both the Whitney Museum and MoMA. It focuses on the lesbian strip club scene of Los Angeles and made from almost 15 years of footage shot by Weinraub. After PornHub? Shakedown is headed to the Criterion Channel. [Variety]

Actor Adèle Haenel, followed by costar Noemie Merlant, director Céline Sciamma, and the rest of the crew of Portrait of a Lady on Fire walked out of the Césars Awards in protest immediately following the announcement of director Roman Polanski’s win for An Officer and a Spy.
