Ginger Snapp is back in a big way. Having been brought back to life by Archie Comics in April, she pops up once again in World of Betty and Veronica Jumbo Comics Digest #25, and she’s looking for love.
In this brand-new story, Ginger seeks the romantic advice of Betty and Veronica when she can’t decide which of three boys to invite to the upcoming Hilldale Spring Fling Dance. Betty and Veronica offer to help out by taking out the two guys Ginger chooses not to go with, but chaos soon sets in after she selects her date.
Below, you’ll find the first two pages of Ginger’s Ails, as well as the full story Grand-Slammed Entrance. In the latter tale, the gang’s prom preparations turn disastrous. Everyone’s making a fancy entrance in some rented vehicles, but Reggie and Archie’s pick ends up overheating, leaving them stranded with their driver, Betty and Veronica. Ginger’s Ails features the writing talents and art of Dan Golliher. Jim Amash provides the inks, Glenn Whitmore the colors, and Jack Morelli the lettering. Grand-Slammed Entrance features writing from Mike Pellowski, art by Dan DeCarlo, inks by Alison Flood and letters by Bill Yoshida. World of Betty and Veronica Jumbo Comics Digest #25 hits streets on May 10.
