For many of us, Monday morning means back to the drudgery of office working life and that general malaise of adulthood the Sanrio and Netflix series Aggretsuko reflects so well. Well, good news! All that rage we keep pent up due to bad bosses, bad dating experiences, overbearing family or friends, etc, etc, will soon be reflected in comic book form when Aggretsuko comes to Oni Press in 2020 in time for the show’s third season. Creators Daniel Barnes and D.J. Kirkland will bring Retsuko and her friends to the page.
We can finally talk about this! @Danny8bit and I will be working on the Aggretsuko comics together. On top of that, the first issue will debut on my birthday, February 5th!! I’m super excited! ?????? https://t.co/vbqkQJnhhd

There Can Be Only One
DC Comics will be marking issue #750 of Wonder Woman in January with a 96-page book that features many of the artists and writers who have worked on the character. Magically, DC could only find one woman to draw one of the eight variant covers, though.
War Heroes
The Association of the United States Army (AUSA)’s third and fourth installments of Medal of Honor features soldiers Audie Murphy and Spc. Sal Giunta, detailing their acts of bravery in their respective wars. Copies of the issues were given to attendees at last week’s annual meeting of the association.
Quick Hits
Comixology and Kodansha announced the forthcoming English translation of Kami no Shizuku (Drops of God).
Alan Moore wouldn’t want you to watch the new Watchmen series on HBO.
We’re still analyzing why manga and kids comics are outselling superheroes.
