Usagi Yojimbo Returns in May with New On-Going
Stan Sakai’s Usagi Yojimbo has become an independent comic legend over its 30 years of publication, and now a new on-going will debut in May from Dark Horse. This may be a good spot for new readers to get to know the titular character, a wandering samurai who just happens to also be a rabbit, and his always entertaining all-ages adventures.

TV Adaptation of Kirkman’s and Azaceta’s demon-filled Outcast Lands at Cinemax
After the runaway success of The Walking Dead on AMC, it was only a matter of time before Robert Kirkman’s new supernatural horror series Outcast got a TV adaptation. Though only the first arc of this comic has hit the stands, Cinemax has greenlit a ten-issue series starring Patrick Fugit as a demon-possessed dude searching for answers. Even more than Kirkman’s involvement, what gets me most excited about this is that the pilot was directed by Adam Wingard who did the underrated horror film You’re Next. No air date has been announced yet, but expect it sooner rather than later.
